What We Do

When people are supported through difficult seasons, our entire community grows stronger.

We serve the most marginalized in our community those going through seasons of homelessness, unemployment, addiction and mental illness by providing access and connections to available resources.

Day Services

Stability often begins with a safe place to land.

Be Able’s Day Center is a welcoming space where adults can relax, connect with others, and access supportive resources in a safe, caring environment.

What’s available:

  • Comfortable rest areas and conversation spaces
  • Free coffee, Wi-Fi, and computer access
  • Art, education, and creative opportunities
  • Guidance toward housing, medical, mental health, and employment resources
  • Every visit provides connection, care, and a path toward greater stability and belonging.

Essential Needs

Meeting basic need with dignity

From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Day Center offers access to essential services that support daily well-being and self-care.

Available amenities:

  • Showers and personal hygiene supplies
  • Laundry facilities
  • Community closet with clothing and everyday necessities

These practical supports help individuals maintain confidence and comfort as they work toward longer-term goals.

Case Management

Listening first. Empowering forward.

Be Able’s case management team walks alongside neighbors with compassion, helping individuals navigate challenges and take the next step toward stability.

Our case management support includes:

  • Individualized consultation and advocacy
  • Help completing paperwork and applications
  • Assistance obtaining identification and vital documents
  • Guidance through job searches and employment training
  • Support enrolling in state and community assistance programs
  • Information about trusted local organizations and resources

Every plan begins with listening — and every connection centers on empowerment, dignity, and hope.

Sober Living

Stability through structure and support

Stable housing and recovery don’t just change individual lives — they strengthen families and neighborhoods. Be Able’s Transitional Housing Program provides men with a safe, sober environment designed to support recovery, re-entry, and long-term stability.
