BE HOME: our transitional housing program

What is a transitional housing program?

Transitional housing is temporary, supportive housing designed to help our neighbors transition to permanent housing by providing a stable environment and resources to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Be Home supportive housing initiative provides structure, accountability and mentoring needed to overcome hurdles in men’s lives and helping them overcome and move forward their lives and find a way forward. We believe that community rooted and committed to health and transformation can be the foundation at which men’s lives and families will be built and restored.

The impact of this program in our community can be huge. Men regaining dignity, employment, and stability will improve our community by raising the bar economically, socially, and more. Providing ways to support neighborhood and family leaders supports all of us. In short, men in our community regaining their identity and dignity will spread across neighborhoods, regions, and generations.
