Phase 2 Renovations

Dedicated Be Able Works Academy Space

Creating classroom space for workforce readiness, soft-skill
development, mentoring, and training that helps
neighbors not only get jobs, but keep them.

Shared Office Space for Staff & Partners

Providing private, flexible space for housing support, recovery
planning, reentry conversations, employment coaching,
health navigation, and case management.

Renovations for Long-Term Mission Growth –
Improving our building so the space can better support
the work already happening every day: housing, recovery,
reentry, employment, and lasting transformation.

BG Consultants is helping us plan the Phase 2 renovation, with a total projected cost of approximately $825,000.

So far, Be Able has raised about $430,000 through donor gifts, grants, and a significant gift from Steel & Pipe Supply. We also have three grant requests still outstanding, with responses expected later this year.
